At VAYAV, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your product, we're here to help.
Returns
Our return period is 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

A proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Please do not return the item to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are excluded from return:

Gift cards

Digital products / downloads

Intimate or personal care items

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Items with signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error

Returns received more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If rejected, you will receive an explanation by email.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company – it may take a few business days to process

Contact your bank – there is often additional processing time

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email hello@vayav.net and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returns that are not trackable.
