What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD).


When will my order be shipped and when will it arrive?
We process all orders within 24 hours.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.


I'm not satisfied with my order – can I return it?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the product, you’ll get a full refund.
Please include your name and order number in the return package.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes – as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it free of charge.
If it has already shipped, you can return the product under our return policy.


I entered the wrong shipping address – what should I do?
Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at hello@vayav.net immediately if you notice a mistake.
We can correct your address within 24 hours of placing the order.
After that, changes are no longer possible.
